“Social commerce is the new frontier for the retail industry. The space has grown tremendously in the two years since we launched the first store on Facebook for 1-800-Flowers. Analysts now expect social commerce to be a $10B industry by 2015. The bullish position many are taking on social commerce is based on a belief that shopping on the social web will deliver a fundamentally better experience for customers. 8thBridge has been on a mission to reshape ecommerce around people because we believe it too,” mentioned Wade Gerten, CEO of 8thBridge, Inc.
