8thBridge is very sensitive to the issue of the privacy rights of children. 8thBridge websites are neither developed for, nor directed at, children. Each of 8thBridge’s merchant clients determines the verbiage used on 8thBridge Online Storefronts. 8thBridge makes every effort to ensure each merchant appropriately complies to children’s privacy laws and regulations, but ultimately the merchants are responsible for protection and appropriately using the PII provided to them through customers purchases.
